Redland Richmond flat pan tile re-roof and fascia and guttering all around.

This property had new felt, batten and tiles and leadwork on the porch allowing some tiles for make up on main roof.

The main roof on front of house was stripped off and new breathable felt and new battens installed.

New dry valleys installed, with a new dry ridge system.

On the rear of the property the verges had new undercloak installed, then fresh new muck verges.

Then 6 vents were fitted to rear.

New capping board fascia and deep flow guttering was done all around the property.

Soffits were not replaced at request of customer so soffit disc vents were installed.
